Ok, actually, regarding on the title above, actually i have 2 feeling. yester-yesterday(my own word aa for kemarin dulu) on Tuesday, my colleague SMS me telling me that Cikgu H.. was pass away..SHOCKED..yes, i am so shocked and doesn't want to believe it. I call a few teacher to confirm. And it's confirmed. OMG...the teacher has wife teaching together in our school. He is nice and we( me and him) always talking about this computer and photography together. we kind of having same interest. I just talk to him when i going back to Tambunan last time....He is still OK, FINE and HEALTHY..They said, he is gone in his sleep. so lucky that he was at his Hometown (dunno where it was somewhere in West Malaysia)...well, i just pray May His Soul RIP.

Today, i weight myself again....yeahhhh.....i lose another pound. HAAAPPPPPPPYYYY....to lose is not easy man... buti can say i am better in gaining *sigh*...so peops out there, if u having problem underweight and want to gain weight, i can always help u...but dunt ask me how to lose because im not reaching my goal yet...All i do now is avoiding oily and eat 3 main meals everyday...
Why im counting weight in pound? because pound is smaller metric than KG. when u lose even a little u will motivate yourself...try it if u dunt believe.. it is impossible to lose 1 kg in few days. Or maybe u can do it, but believe me, u only manage to drain the water inside the body not the fat...
and i really believe NOT EATING for the rest of the day will help to gain more than previous weight...
so this is the conclusion for what i have done and thru my experiment of my own self

1. Not eating=lose weight=not healthy --> result: draining water inside the body.. lose weight=u happy=u eat because u have lost=eat more without u realize=gain weight, not realize=eat again=gan more = result:u r fatter than before
2. eat 3 times a day with healthy food=not lose even a KG in a week, but the losing start at week 3=healthy Result: lost weight in correct way and even lose the extra yummy fat ...

Ok, if u try dis method (which is eat 3 times a day with healthy way) and still not losing KG and Inches...so r adviseable to:

Before try the 3 times a day healthy menu:
1. go to any nearest dietitian, doctor or pharmacy. Ask them to measure the weight, BMI, fat %, Visceral fat %(internal fat which cover internal organ), cell age and etc.
2.try to do detoxification for 1 week or even better for 2 week.
after detox:
1. Do NOT take any oily in the morning..i know everyone eat mee goreng+tauhu sumbat in da morning...but try avoid that..maybe an apple taste so yekkkssss in da morning..i know that because im also like dat ... but have a cup of MILO+egg without yolk/ wholemeal bread + Tuna/oatmeal/cup of tea and cereal...ok enough for breakfast ...oo ya must take bfast before 8 am...

if u hungry maybe at 10, try to have almond nut/ dark chocolate/fibre biscuit...and pls2 do not snacking or eat kui pisang or any kuih muih because they contain hundred of calories..

2. Eat rice..yes we can have...as much as 1 bowl of rice with vegetable and a slice of chicken/fish/meat . or bowl of meehun soup with extra vege and chicken (cook at home the better, put less salt and aji-no-moto)...we understand, our body must have rice everyday..so thanx to this way of eating.Yess i eat rice, but i dunt eat mee goreng, mee hun goreng, nasi goreng or whatever goreng2 is...eat time must 12 pm -1pm

between: same as above...

3. Dinner..love dinner because i can have soup and salad..less salt or else i can get water retention...as for me, im avoiding rice at nite...u can have rice at nite but in a small amount and dinner time is 6.30- 7.30 pm. ooyyaa..avoid maggie mee aa

i know, i eat but still losing because i maintain 1200 calories per day.
i dunt eat keropok but i still have my fav chocolate in a small amount if i crave for it.
i avoiding hey mr goreng-goreng

i still go for to my fav restaurant once a while(once in a week)...fuilau-asam pedas isi ikan..ngau chap, tomyam, konlo men etc but take turn and i have it during my lunch at 12 pm.
and i do light exercise..very light..my exercise are, hari2 sapu rumah and mop rumah, petang2 play with the dog.

try this, u can maintain, lose and maybe slim...if u follow this menu without any failure but still not losing, go to pharmacy, dr or dietitian..manatau ur visceral fat % in decreasing, or ur fat level % decreasing....Hey it help maintain our health bah..and never ever think about if i eat like dis for 2 days i can end up losing 5 kg...that is why, i said count ur weight in pound (lbs). enjoy ur meal everyday especially with ur love one.,.,.,try not to put stressed to losing weight or it may distract the hormone....so happy dietttt....

I have a problem in dieting LoL. I have a friend telling me 'eat while you can' So that's what I'm doing right now ;)

sama la masalah yang kita ada ni vienne.. masalah turun naik berat badan, kalau itu om2 cakap 'gere lodo' bah hehehehe.. nanti sa praktikkan nasiat ko sini..
