Morning Blog...

It is early in the morning, just 3.30 am. i supposedly in da bed and sleeping. but my dogs just wake me up or i can say its my dog are fighting to each other.damn. it's disturb my sleep and now i cant sleep.


i still couldt upload my engagement pictures. havent get the picture yet from macborneo. i will upload when reach at tambunan but only from my digi cam.


Now i have my routine everyday to loose weight. eat very less for months. so friends out there, i will not attend for any makan-makan. i am sorry. all of this i need for my wedding. im afraid i wil choose for triple extra gown. huhuhuhuhuhu. i see dietician just to make sure i have proper diet. now im in detoxification process. my menu are so lame. This are my menu for the day.





Morning (breakfast)
hot Milo O + jacob hi fibre biscuits (3 pieces)

10.30 am
hot drink + jacob hi fibre (2 pieces); or
fruit (apple)

lunch (12.00)

i can choose
1. fruits
2. juices
3. sandwiches
4. salad

2.30 pm

milo + jacob hi fibre / fruit

dinner (6.00 - 7.00)
small portion of vegetable, meat/chicken/fish + 2 sccop of rice.


drink 8 glasses of water a day.

i had to take these menu for like 2 weeks for detoxification process. now i have to be very careful of my diet. no outside food, no fast food, no oily...damnn...to lose is so hard....lucky it is only for detoxification process.
why we need to do detoxification?
the food we eat all this while contain vitamins and all the mineral which is good for the body. but, the food also contain toxin (in small amount) and become poison when it come large amount. toxins undermine our health and removing them from the body is one way to maintain digestive health as well as good overall health.

The body does have a system in place to detoxify these harmful toxins. The most important cleansing organ is the liver. Eliminative channels include the bowels (the digestive system), kidneys, skin, lungs, and lymphatic system.
When the body is doing its job and is not overburdened with toxins, the blood carries toxins to the liver, which uses enzymes to detoxify the harmful substances, rendering them harmless or converting them into a water-soluble form, which is then eliminated via the urine or feces.
Unfortunately, this system can handle only so many toxins and was built for “natural” toxins, not the man-made ones we have to deal with today. For example, protection against an age-old toxin—alcohol—is built into our genes. One gene, expressed in the liver, codes for an enzyme that converts alcohol into substances the body can use or excrete.
Our body does not, however, always know how to handle the new toxins in our lives. It cannot understand how to excrete them, and they may then accumulate to harmful quantities or be converted to odd, unknown substances that can interfere with metabolism.

no wonder, i had trouble in dieting before. i must de the detoxification so i can remove all the toxin inside my body so it is easy to loose the fats in the body. i hope after this i can lose a few kg's....

the day after

today is 26th. My Engagement was perfectly done. Thanx for my relatives, my honey's relatives my friends and those who has come. I am so happy....
Before the day, i hardly go to sleep and end up chat with my cousin, Mimi and shareen, my bro's gf till 2.30 am.
ON the day, i woke up at 6.00 am in da morning. im helping my cousin with cleaning and mopping the house and arrange the roses in vase. i just do the light work. as they said i have to get ready. so at 7 i go shower and just after my shower the makeup artist came.actually the i invite the makeup artist because he is the one who design my dress. then i stayed in my room from 7 till 11.30. old men said i cant go out even to see the crowd before the man's side coming. when i left alone in da room, i feel so much nervous. when i was called out, i more nervous but still trying to smile. AND everthing is smoothly after i sign the form. Everything is perfect except the food is not enough. unexpected crowd. Cake is ordered from datin Margareth Chong. Food from Dragon Restaurant and half from our own kitchen. make up artist and dress done by Mami Man from Man's Collection, Inanam. I am so happy. honey is the one who always cares and love me in up and down. He never makes me upset and he is the best for me. he is my everything. and i am happy to be his part.I hope everything will goes smoothly til my Big DAy. I will upload again after i get the pictures for the day

my heart beat faster than ever

Today is friday...start from tomorrow is school holiday...Happy Holiday...as i mention earlier, my day is coming. of course it just an engagement but it meant a lot to every woman in da world. Preparation was perfectly done or i can say 95% done, the 5 % is during the day. i just dunt know how am i going to look like. it is like everyone around me excited about the day, so do i. but i think im more to the feeling of nervous. from today, i will not see my honey until the day is coming.
Today was last day shopping for the preparation. i have nothing to buy only some for my personal things. when i reach home juz now i saw my brothers has cleaning the house compound

Happy Teacher's day..

so lucky today i can login to my blogger using my DIgI edge connection. =) anyway tomorrow is Teacher's day. My first celebration of Teacher's Day. second actually but the 1st one when i was doing my teaching practical at SMK INanam last year. But this year is much more different. I am officially class teacher of form 2 Putra, teaching for another 7 classes. well, i juz dunno whether im gud or not good teacher.

continue dis post from the other day...it is all about teacher's day. i just forgot what else i want to write, because last time during writing my post, my laptop out of battery. i have to stop because my honey using my adapter and his got short circuit.

whatever it is, am now at home. and day by day, the big event in my life is coming. im going to craze to think of this. ok actually, i will get engaged next week. many things has already done only left the cake. still thinking bout the cake. hope margareth chong, my mum's fren will help me....im looking forward for a better cake for my engage, not the one simply one from bakery shop. everything is done for now. only waiting for my dress to be finished and wait for the day to come

Happy Labour Day!

Today is holiday..public holiday...after a month without public holiday then got off till sunday...Very Good. tomorrow is cuti peristiwa for our school. very nice! Dis is for the first time i celebrate labour day *wink *wink! well, only dis year i started to appreciate all the public holiday, all the rest day and the feeling of cant wait for the pay day!

reaching the month of May meant a lot to me... this is means BUSY. busy with exam paper, busy with correction paper(soon) and Kaamatan day! but big event going to be happen dis month. i cant wait it. counting the day make me nervous. so i just wait for the day. Dunt ask me what the event is, but i will let everyone knows soon. April was tired for me, plus less time for blogging. it is not just about time, but also the internet connection. I just use dial up and spending time on blogging like i use to wont allow me. but happy to know because there will be broadband connection to be installed soon at my quarters. And im counting!
