usually when i go for Hari Raya open house, i dunt really go for lauk pauk
i just love eat fancy and colourful cookies (which actually has the same taste)

Poring Trip

I Love day when u haven't plan anything then it turned to something very unforgettable days. It just happen yesterday, sunday. when i woke up at 9 am in da morning ( hehe, the nite before, i went to party at nadel's till morning, that why i wake up late) and received call from my aunt at Tuaran asking us to go Poring for one day. Since my brother will drive, so i said OK. So,by our car, fiance, my bro Alvin and his GF Cella, and Obot the kazen and that includes me heading to Tamparuli to meet families there. so we met them about 11 am and have our brunch there. we moved from Tamparuli to Ranau before 12 pm and reached at Poring, Ranau about 2 pm.
During our fun and joy with the water there, suddenly my cousin's right hand was *terkehel ( i dunno what the word is) and he was brought to the nearest hospital. it was said that the his bone was off from the shoulder about 2cm. erm, i dunno how to explain about this. what i know, it is about bone, tendon and shoulder.... but luckily, they manage to return the hand to normal( when come to explaination, i know im sux!) then we going back to KK about 4.30 pm. On our way home, we stopped at my aunt's house at mile 4, then stopped again at kalangadan to frame picture of Kinabalu Mountain and sunset...
Well, it's a short and another unexpected one day jalan-jalan..and me like it very much!

Monday

Today is monday..I just realised today, that dis only left dis week going to school, then off 1 week holiday or 10 days holiday...so, dis holiday im going to concentrate on my dieting and detoxing activity.aiming will look good dis coming November on my Cousin wedding. wonder if can shed 10kg mcm tu...how i wish...actually my aim is going to shed about 10kg until February next year...losing about 5 kg is ok till November...so menu of the day till that day..Of course i have meal 3 times a day.. as my dietican said, i must have meals 3 times a day..means breakfast, lunch and dinner. Say no to food after 7pm. so far im good with the menu, but kadang2 terbabas jugak la...when there are so much food in front of me, then who can resist??
so, my menu till the day

Breakfast:
1 egg without yolk + milo O
or
jacob hi-fibre + milo O
(for detoxification we must not eat any oily food such as fried mee hoon and no soup because soup consist a lot of salt and msg---> will cause water retention)

Lunch
jacob hi-fibre +milo O
or
sandwich + milo O
(do not use butter spread or tuna mayonaise for better result) as for me, i use kaya(sama juga kan..) but small amount only...and i roast the bread before spread it with kaya...

Dinner (dinner is heaven because can eat rice)
Rice + small amount of chicken (breast)+vegetable
or
vegetable salad
or
fruit salad
or
roasted chicken only (lean breast)

Usually i have jacob fibre/oatmeal jacob +milo O. If i hungry i will have small amount of rice + vegetable + small piece of chicken. Salad-salad ni kurang la sikit.

Drink as much water as u can...eat less of salty food

Actually i don't really follow this menu.
Once in a week, fiance and me will eat outside which i eat more.
Or, i cant help myself if i see fiancee eat maggie mee+egg which lead me to take sips of it.. hahahaha
I just hope/follow this menu until November.

planning a wedding is not easy as wut u see. there are alot of things to do that really make headache...but talking about it is a wonderful things....

Unexpected outing

Yesterday was holiday. I didnt go back to penampang home. I decided to testing my photography skill at TVRC Tambunan. When i was just taking my first shoot, a car honk me...so suprised, it was my cousin sylvia and victor, via's husband and kids and my uncle. While they enjoying themselves with the fishes, i take the chance to take pictures and so lucky that i have the kids as the model. I proposed to go to Mahua waterfall since its been so long i want to go there. So lucky the husband said yes. then, we heading to Tambunan town, take away lunch and heading to Mahua. I loves being surround with greeny environment.

Today

I just come back from Penampang. Today, fiancee and me bought new Canon EOS 1000D. I am happy. All this while, i never mention learning about photography. But actually i ever told about it to fiancee. After taking the shoot of my cake last few days, i realise i need camera. I mean a better camera. so, after surf on the net, find information and price about camera, then we decided to get this Canon EOS 1000d. Dunt ask me how to use it, because i am just the beginner who just learn to use this amature (at least for me) camera. hehehe..here is just a random pictures which i take it myself...

been so long

It's been so long i didnt do baking. i think since fiancee bought me an oven which i bake cheesecake to try the new oven. I used to bake cake last time. I can bake cake 3 times in a week and family will happy when i always serve cake on the table. Those who visit the family house will be treated cakes. sometimes i can prepare 2 different type of cakes. actually I bake cake just to learn the decorating. I even take order for birthday cakes or for small party. But i am avoiding cake ingredients since i decided to cut calories intake. And out of no where, i suddenly get ingredients to bake cake.. i have to bake chocolate since that was the only ingredients i can get here in Tambunan. IF there are Bake With Me shop here in Tambunan =)

I just loves chocolate cakes....not so good decoration i think....i just dont know where on earth i can get any cake decoration here in Tambunan. I'm thinking if i can start taking order here....wink*wink*
Now, i wonder, who is going to finish the cake??
The Amazing Race Asia (TARA) season 3 just started last nite. 2 pairs are from Malaysia, one of them is Ida Nerina the Malaysian actress. well, she is not bad! for those who loves tara, dont forget to catch the show every Thursday at 9pm!

Pimple

what a day when there is pimple on my cheek..besar lagi tue...
i got pimple rare, but when it hit my face, it must be BIG.
School was a bit busy with a lot of activities and so so.
Today i went into bushes near my school where students always go for escape. Students at my school not like students near city or town because student at town always escape and go to nearest CC to play games or hang around the town doing nothing. But our student aren't like dat. they went to the bushes behind our school. What a surprised, in dat bushes, there are many handy craft made from things around there. there got pangkin where they can lying and sit, small table where maybe they do gambling and even fire place to bbq. yess, we believe this students steal from nearest villagers. Letters already sent to their parents to come to school, but after the teacher-parents meeting, the students will come go to school as usual. But after recest the will dissapear again. Nothing can be done. All teachers especially the discipline teacher can do is, surveying everyday.
There are many things are going to happen in school. The big one is EXAM for SPM and PMR. i didnt teach any exam class except for Pendidikan Moral form 5.

so, any students peeps out there who are going to sit exam, i have some advise for to help u ready for exam:
1. for the 2 months of exa, left all ur revision book.it is time for u to answer all the past year's question.
2. Make sure u already have all the things needed in exam such as pencil, pen, calculator, identity card and so on.
3. try to makes copies for ur exam's timetable and put everywhere in ur room.so, u wont missed any paper or u will always be ready for next paper.
4. If u hate your subject teacher, go see them, ask for forgiveness and their pray. Please, do not hate ur teacher no matter how suck they are.
5. If u do not have a good relationship with your parents, it is time to forgive them. No matter what, they are the one who always give whatever u have now. Even u never feel what they already has given to u.
6. Let go all the bad thinking and forget awhile all the love stuff between u and ur bf/gf.

The Interview

whoaahhhh....Interview was successful..not really good actually...but just OK. dis is actually the 3rd interview in my life, which is 1st one is KPM interview for posting as teacher purpose, the second is when i ask job from Boulevard pc company, and this was the 3rd and i hope this will be the last.
I am the 3rd candidates(ngam ka tue) after honey's turn (so lucky we went interview at same date and room). When he exit from the room, i know it's my turn. Ifeel so nervous.Real nervous!
I knocked the door, open door, and move forward in front the datuk, and greeted him good morning. The he asked me to sit. I sit and the discussion start....owh well, he start to ask me questions. Checking the details of myself from the form he holds.
Datuk: so, apa peranan seorang guru yang anda tahu?
me: peranan seorang guru adalah memberi pendidikan kepada anak muridnya. Tetapi bidang pendidik bukan hanya melibatkan penyampaian ilmi, tetapi membantu pelajar dalam meningkatkan potensi diri sendiri. Guru juga memberi inspirasi kepada pelajar untuk menjadi seorang insan yang berguna pada masa hadapan.
(seems like i am fluent right? But hell no, sometime the words are here and there. and there are paused in my sentence..hahhahaa)
we talked and talked until i accidently said My english is poor but i try my best to speak. And wut a unlucky stupid of my mouth, he asked me to teach him in front using the white board. Me, myself stand up confidently walk to where the whiteboard is, start teaching him MATTER. I just dunno why i picked that topic, it is just come thru my mind. When finished, he told me i am a good teacher .

But, when come to latest issue...
i feel zero..
he sed i shud polish my reading to get know the latest issue. do not let student know better than ourselves. (oo yeasshh i admit that didnt know any issue except for goverment servant will get bonus. i feel down that time) tu la, padan muka..sapa suruh x baca newspaper.
it is not my habit reading newspaper and watching news on TV.wut to do....

I miss u!

Two more weeks is my late mum's 100th days. Well due to the busy of work and dis and dat, i almost forgot the day.not to say that i am forgetting her. Every single day I miss her. And today, i really miss her. She is my inspiration since we have work in same field. Tomorrow will be my big day, only her know how important was it. But, she is not here, not in da world anymore. SAD... yes i am sad...i miss her. i need her. There are so many things i wanted to tell her. Even i have other mummies (yess, i call my aunties mummy)...but they are not the same...not to say my aunts are not good, but it just not same. Coping of her lost is not easy. How i wish i can share everything with her...like, honey and me just bought all the furnitures, and how i wish she will be here, looking what i have done to my life which i am very sure she will so happy. I miss everything about her. I miss her cook especially the 'pinasakan sada', the curry fish head and her sambal belacan. it is not that i cant cook or prepare all those cook, but it is not the same. sometime i cook all her favorite dish(she loves to cook) and let my dad and my brother to taste. As my brother tell me, i have the talent of cooking. Just like her taste. Like mother like daughter of coz. Sometime, he tell me, maybe during cooking my mum come and helps me to give the taste of the food. How bad my brother.
During her life, i will told her every single things. Things went smooth eversince i finish my school. And we get real close.
I miss my mum. I still wonder why she left us when we still need her. i am still question about that. (that was when i went wrong just like during writing dis blog). But she is in my prayer everyday....I miss u mummy...

Counting days

Today feel too many things to do..with all the documents and classes made me real tired. And yet, i still manage to update blog..hehhehe...I know i supposed do some revision on social issue and latest issue especially education field. 2 more days for the interview. Physically i am fully ready, but mentally i am not. I dunt know what and where to start. i just hope there are miracle for me where everything went smooth during the interview. And how i hope i meet the very sporting and good interviewer (how i wish)...
Yesterday i booked ticket to Kuching for jalan2 during october...wanna take short vacation for the weekend. There are nothing to go there actually but hang around for mind relaxing is needed for the soul..lol..alasan jak bah tu..
My fifie the poppy (puppy) still young but she seems adapt to her surrounding and super playful poppy. She so alone in da morning which she will show her sad face when honey and me heading to school. and til now, i cant get good image of her..she is not like my panda who love camera so much. I just wish everything went smooth ....
