wooowww...
remember i post about went to decorating cake class conducted by Min?
well, reading through her blog i am happy that she was in Magazine...
well, she was a degree holder and quitting her job to do what she was into..
wewwww...
I love baking tooo
How i wish i can concentrate into baking..
but i have aim in my life too..
i am happy i can bake cake even the deco not pretty and look messy still
Thanx God that i get more and more order ..
and how i wish i can take order from everyone..
but i manage to bake 3 at once or the cake will look tired just like me..hahaha
well, i am not the full time baker, i still have my own career and i dunt have maid to help(especially the cleaning part)..
Last Tuesday i manage to bake about 5kg ++ for fiancee's Teacher's day celebration...
so here is the cake..

This is only one piece of 3 pieces i baked that day..about 2++ kg
it is butter cake with icing buttercream frosting..

Okay...i really cant wait to watch this movie..
i am sure that the ticket especially at evening already sold out..
waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...everyone seems already watch it..
i only can watch it after everyone does.

how i wish i dont have to go back to school and just go back to Penampang and heading to 1B for movie.....
but i cant..
i have load load of work to finish
the nazir will stay at Tambunan..PPSMI teacher is the target...
and i am one of them...
i have a lot of cake order..i am happy for that..but my stock is almost empty...
buying those ingredient is killing me and i dunt get any ...
But i am still happy and i receive good comment so far..
i also got bad comment from different person

good comment:
1) my cake is just nice not too sweet or tasteless
2) i want to order!!!(that was very obvious)

bad:
1) too hard not spongy ( butter cake is spongy ka??? if u wnat spongy cake, then go for sponge cake)
2) the topping is sweet(then go for plain buttercream )

well different person has different taste, so i just try to bake base on everyone Fav..
soon i'll give try other type of cake..

Weekend Project

well, this weekend was a tiring weekend. As u all know, last week was my mum's 1 year anniversary.. we supposed to have prayer that weekend, but i hold it because my 1st younger brother is coming back from terengganu. So, we have prayer at home this week..so i incharge for everything...that makes me real tired..
and today was Father's day, i didn't cook but my aunt sponsored BBQ.
I baked 2 cakes today which I have to getting up early in the morning(since i sleep late last nite)..one for the dads at home and the other one is ordered from fiancee's colleague...

OO yaaa..i make the fondant on my own...i just use my hand not the mixer
why the colour was like that..because i think blue and yellow just perfect and nice for boys..hehehe..i like the blue and yellow combination.

Cuti is ended!!

Ok feel like tomorrow still holiday but i know, it is not.
Exam paper still need to be finished..huhuhu
and im struggling now...hahah
went to school just now and the staff room has been renovated. so i have to move from my previous place..ooowhhh, jauhnya..
Btw, what i have done during this 2 weeks hols?
1) Attend wedding and wedding and wedding
2) finishing about 50% of my wedding preparation
3)Photoshooting with Bennyliew.com
4)Meeting my videographer
5)meeting with Dena cake and we have long chat about cakes and cakes and cakes...so nice to meet someone who have same passion
6)do some cleaning in the house(actually kitchen and my room only bah)
7)and last, still try to finish marking the exam paper i have to mark about 5 classes (2 class x 3 papers + 2 classes x 2 papers +1 class x 1 papers) and most of the answer based on marking scheme...hooooooooooooooooooo

Who said teacher not working during holidays??
even it is hols but we still have to think work at home

My first succesful cake

Okay, do u remember my previous post about my failed fondant cake?
hehehe, last time i feel like give-up and just stick to the cheese cake or anything fresh cream like blackforest.
But i changed my mind. Since attending course from Baking Project, that was like 2 months. i tried make my own fondant. sometimes it too hard or not even things u can call fondant.
and yester yesterday, i manage to make 500g, and today another 500g.
so, i bake butter cake and covered it with fondant.
i make a simple deco because i am not really into deco yet. so i think after this i can proceed to anther level which is, decoration.


so gotta do online shopping lagi after this.
Now i understand why this kind of cake is expensive, but once u ever make this u feel like ..i just dunno how to express this feeling, but i am happy..since i have limited accessories so my deco is limited

final week of holiday...
owhh, i dunt want this holiday end.
i find that this holiday was tiring but enjoy and a lil bit stress..
why?
because i am done about 50% of my preparation during this holiday..
and other than that i have very enjoyable pre wedding shoot
I know some of the fellow teacher will go holiday...
woooww..wish i can join them too..
but i will save it till december
and i find that this month is a season of wedding..there are lots of wedding to attend
hehehe...

well, today is a day which i to eat a lot...why, because there r many wedding to attend.
Since our family got many invitation so we all decide to go separately...dad go there, bro go here and i together with fiancee go there...

where to buy paper?
where to print?
Where to get band?
prepare the wedding room..koooohhhh

time for me to relax

so, okay, now it is time for me to relax..hehe

well, i can take my mind off from wedding maybe for couple of days...(thinking bout it just make me tired even it is fun organizing)
and i bought Full House korean drama..ok i know...Basi suda..i have the download copies long time ago but didnt manage to finish it...and now i dont remember about it..so, i just bought the CD..kuang kuang...

I just like ur job from the beginning i found u and it getting more creative day by day because i always follow u. And choosing u is the perfect choice.
And i just like anything and whatever u ask us to do(even it is something weird..hahaha) because i know it turn out something nice and good.
And believe, those experience makes me not to be anything in modelling..Hahaha...

Another one Photoshoot

well, finish at last..
it was tiring but awesome...
we really having fun during the day..full of laughter..
the make-up session was start as early as 11 pm at Jeff's home and done at 2pm then we heading to Likas to meet Benny and the gang.
we finished the session till 7pm sharp...
thanx to Benny..u have a great and creative idea..
and i believe the pictures look great...
cant wait to see the result...

been busy

Holiday? not for me..2 weeks is not enough for me. I have to prepare everything that i can for the day in this holiday.
well, so far so good,
i only have to call a meeting with my cousin and aunt/uncle.
I just dunno how is the feeling.
I am not nervous as Annie..hehehe(relak ko annie, jgn nervous)
i dunt feel nervous yet excited because i know the day not perfectly ready...
usually i will have the feeling few days before..
to all the welcoming guest, one thing that the bride will be doing on her own is,
the gift away cake and the invitation card.
hehe...i just know how much the cost of the cake if u buy it outside, it is double the cost and sometimes come in tiny miny as pencil. and u hardly call what cake it is..
but i sure buy the wedding cake for the cutting cake caremony...because my deco skill not perfect yet, and i want everything in perfect...
