Myself???

huh...I think i am getting obsessed with weight...
after i manage to lose some weight, i am so afraid to take large portion of food...
i afraid gaining what have been shed away from the body..
but still stick to my daily food..
take rice everyday is a must..with alot of vegetable...
i seldom take meat nowadays..hey, i didnt take *ngok ngok* for weeks already..*happy*
yeah i know..i am so obsessed..
my colleague said so..but i dont care..
my daily routine is going to canteen(only if i dunt have class in the morning) with them but i only take water... and sometimes tapau food for lunch usually rice and vege...
i still can go out sometimes and eat at my favourite place to eat...but i control the portion and makesure i didnt eat a lot..
i cant wait to weight myself next (that will be in May)..because I promise to weight myself once a month only...not weighing everyday like i used to...
hope everything will be ok...

try to replace rice with meat actually - protein than carbs. :-)

Gallivanter: hehe..perut nasi suda ni..x amik nasi cepat plak lapar...that's why take a lot of vege and small portion of rice..a small as 3 spoon daily...

c nadia tipu itu.. haha.. my tips from mfb, 1 day you only take food dat contains inda lebih dari 1200 calories, atau x more than 30g fat.. mau pandai2 tingu itu kandungan makanan ja baitu ;) good luck vienne~! ko bulih itu.. hehe..
