and his skin was darker..now caelan is a bit fair....i thought his skin colour was like his dad. Actually i dont care the skin colour.what i care the most is he always healthy.

Baking and Photography....

I am really into these two things...baking and photography...which one i really into???
i think photography...My last baking was like a year ago..why? remember when the time when we run out of sugar?? and at the same time my oven broken...until then i only baking non-bake cheese cake..but i still love cake....well, i love the cake because of the deco and the quality and i dont mind paying extra for it...mind u, if i see beautiful cake i will buy it...and end up nobody eating them....huhu..
whereas in photography, i think i am more to snap picture and edit it...i love it when i get a chance to snap beautiful/colourful/dramatic/ memorable moment/event BUT, last i hold my camera was like last March during my friend's wedding....until then, hubby ask me not to hold camera anymore because i easily tired and one thing i didnt realise when i hold camera is, i love to bend ....and his gear keep on updating and growing...now Hubby hold 2 cameras atm and nobody assist him..kesian him..the thing i can do for him now is, preparing photo album/photobook...
oo yesss, i love designing photobook, but i guess our client more on photoalbum...so now i'm finishing my wedding photobook which already hold for 1 year since our day..hehe..lama kan? i will blog about it once it done. actually i wanted to print the picture n put in album but i have to choose from more than 1ooo pics because some of the pictures was snap like 3-5 times...i just dont have time to choose...

Celebration

August was fun since month of August is a month that hubby and me been waiting for...
what so special about August?
It's our wedding anniversary..
Since i am pregnant of 8 months plus2 so we did not going anywhere, but celebrate it with family..
well, the celebration was FUN..the family karaoke-ing, gambling and the bonds are getting close among family.well, after this there will no hard-core party and drinking session because there will be a baby in the house...
Our cake for the day. This cake was order from Dena. Thanx Dena for the cake. it was delicious...but i did not eat much because i have to control my glucose intake.
After all, i thank God for this wonderful journey i had with hubby till now. And i hope many many many will come...we've been couple for 9 years, engaged for 1 year and married for 1 year. oo yeah, today hubby said, we will spend our next wedding anniversary just the two of us(padahal laaaaaaamaa lagi kan)
We are now prepare for the arrival of our lil prince. Actually cant wait..but i guess the preparation was not done yet..at the same time, i am nervous.so baby, hold on okay...wait till mum and dad prepare everything. And it is only 34th week...4-6 week to go...

His Birthday~~

Well, we only have very simple birthday celebration when we kinda saving money for our car's anniversary (u know what i mean right?).
And lucky, hubby only want Pizza Hut for his birthday.
So we a day before his birthday, we went Pizza hut. I feel so grateful that he is not very choosy one...a simple wish and simple dish always OK for him. But of course among all the restaurant he will choose his fav Pizza Hut because he so loves the...

not pizza but the chicken wing..hot and spicy one...but of course we have the regular pizza...

This is non bake cheese cake which is taste like ice cream and the most important thing is, the cake was made with all the love from ...me..=)
i know the cake looks not pretty because he said he want just a simple cake. And my hand not steady to write on cake anymore~.
and lucky that I always have cream cheese in my fridge..
As for his birthday give, let it be just a secret between us **wink**

oo yesshhh..At last I cant wait...i'm packing! All thing was settled. That includes the hotel and transportation and places must visit...
I'm GOING to Manila with hubby and my dear friends. 5 of us will go together...ooo..i'm so likey going vacation in small group. and i like organizing something like this...we've been planning this 5 days 4 nights trip since May and the purpose of this trip is CHRISTMAS SHOPPING~lalalala~~

Talking about Christmas. we still havent put Christmas deco.will do at after i return..i still dunno what is the theme for christmas deco...maybe red-white? we didnt put christmas deco last year because..read here...
but like always we will have our open house and christmas deco.
OK that's all....

16 Sept...Holiday in Sabah only~~it's Malaysia Day...
how I spend the day?
well i woke up early today..as usually, check my barn buddy and farmville..
then get ready to Keningau...Keningau? wonder why Im still in Tambunan?
Well, our school start the Raya holiday since today till 27 Sept, but dear Hubby (DH) still have to go to school tomorrow :(, so we end up staying here in Tambunan.
We have our breakfast in Tambunan. huhuhu...SInce DH said he want to have Mee Sup, we just dont know where the best mee sup in Keningau.
We heading to Keningau then. we go Rakyat superstore since i want to find a new wok. i think im going to buy the real expensive one...help me, i really dont know how to choose a good wok. the new wok i bought not so good, easy burn and i dont like.
Then we heading to DH fav shore~~Shuttle Point~ to buy his stuff for Badminton thingy..boring~~ hehehe, owh before that, i found out stall that selling cookies for Raya..and guess what...i have this.

as if we have open house for raya..ngeee~~~ i love kuih sapit...

i just cant help myself when browsing all the cookies. And the kuih makmur...oowhhhd..drop jaw....guess wut, without info me, DH bought Kuih makmur. He saw me buying but didnt tell me. when at home i just found out we have 2 box of kuih makmur...hehehe...i never know there are stalls here in Keningau that selling Cookies. and guess wut, there are many choices and cheaper too rather than u buy the not so good from supermarket.
Ok, im not Muslim and i dont celebrate Raya.But i just love cookies and rendang during raya. But for Raya is always ~aktiviti menggemukkan badan~ last year i gain 5 kg during raya..and i will make sure not this time....
After finish business at shuttle point, DH and me go to servay. There are lotsa people there...well, hari raya is around the corner, what i expect then?
after long Q at the counter, DH and me decided to go KFC for lunch.too tired to think what should we have. Lucky not many people there.
And presenting u the first cake after few months didnt take order...
I dunno yet what is the cake for and at last i found out it was for birthday. so i just put the Happy Birthday sign and free candles. because i still need time to practise again my handwriting on cake surface
first cake~~bantat~~mean doenst turn out well, i forgot to put the cream.hehhee..and this one all are nice i believe..just put things in order and cook with the right temperature. Hope the taste is good too...

I just cant believe

I just cant believe that i manage to save money..at least hundred per month. And now i actually dont believe i have erm...buli tahan?Not million but at least i Manage to do SOME savings rather than none like last year.
Well, I am happy...this habit started when we planning to get married. Since that i always do budget. And the result, i always have balance in my account. Thanx God. I hope this habit will last Forever.
When i want a thing, I always make sure that I need it badly. i seldom shopping for dress/cloths but I just cant help myself on buying books/novel every like a month or 2 months. And i always hunt for heels/handbag(but now, not anymore). Guess what, since i already have those things so much in my wardrobe and actually give it away when i do cleaning before the wedding, now i started to feel guilty and thinking how much money that i've spent for nothing. And now, i'll try (finger cross) to avoid shop that sell shoe and handbag.
And i avoid using credit card (yess i have one) and im thinking of cut it?

Erm, maybe i am just like Rebecca in Shopaholic series(Sophie Kinsella). I laugh over the story but i think she is just like me ( i mean im not into branded things but worst than that). Well u buy more when u see all things are cheap. So, what i do, avoid shopping mall when there are sale.
So i'm hoping that my account balance will grows ...
Btw, i have to cancel a few of cake order just because shortage of sugar in supermarket. Why is that so?Huhuhu...
Actually i dont care about this sugar thingy before this (because i not sugar lover)but since im accepting cake order again, i feel like..huh? when it is hard to find sugar. so lucky when i have few 2kg's in my stock and that's could make 4 or maybe 6 cake.Well i earn good money from selling cake since few months ago. I mean a simple cake for birthday and i feel happy about that. but now?
Ok nevermind about that. I just thinking about people who earn money for living from the cake/bread/kuih or whatever food. Well i hope this problem will be OK soon.

and how i wish i can take order from everyone..
but i manage to bake 3 at once or the cake will look tired just like me..hahaha
well, i am not the full time baker, i still have my own career and i dunt have maid to help(especially the cleaning part)..
Last Tuesday i manage to bake about 5kg ++ for fiancee's Teacher's day celebration...
so here is the cake..

My first succesful cake

Okay, do u remember my previous post about my failed fondant cake?
hehehe, last time i feel like give-up and just stick to the cheese cake or anything fresh cream like blackforest.
But i changed my mind. Since attending course from Baking Project, that was like 2 months. i tried make my own fondant. sometimes it too hard or not even things u can call fondant.
and yester yesterday, i manage to make 500g, and today another 500g.
so, i bake butter cake and covered it with fondant.
i make a simple deco because i am not really into deco yet. so i think after this i can proceed to anther level which is, decoration.


so gotta do online shopping lagi after this.
Now i understand why this kind of cake is expensive, but once u ever make this u feel like ..i just dunno how to express this feeling, but i am happy..since i have limited accessories so my deco is limited
